I purchased a lock and door handle kit from Lowes kwikset and my door was to thick and they sent replacement screws. I wanted to make sure it was installed correct so I had Milton Premier do it. I am mad at myself because i should have done the job myself. All they did was take the old screws out and replace with the new screws kwikset sent me which took a total of 5 min or less and i was charged $150 tell me I wasn't ripped off.
