Called a couple of times and left messages to inquire and schedule a service. Still have not received a call back, so I've moved on to find another. Not sure how dependable nor reliable if they can't even return a call. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I don't live close so I needed to schedule something in advance so I could be there. Locks have been changed by another.

It's Christmas and I'm out of town we are closed

whoever they have answering the phone is a complete rude jackass.

He did a great job getting my keys right for the ignition and fixed my gear shift since it was broke. Thanks for the help.

As a fellow locksmith I say this guy is great at what he does and I think i could learn a lot from him. I don't hesitate to recommend him to my customers or anyone if I can't or don't have the ability to take on at my locksmith service. He has helped me a few times with info/advice and or key blanks . I hope I can return the favor some day. But I definitely give him 5 stars and my recommendation. Thank you Dave and God bless.

I wish I could've got a key made today.   I called and talked with someone about having a key made and was told they were open until 4pm.   I was going to wait until Monday but I really needed this key made for the weekend.    I get off the phone with him and decide to just go ahead take off early to get it done.  So I get there about 20 minutes after I talked to him.   I go in and tell the younger bald guy that I needed a key made.  He looked at me like a deer in headlights.   He said he wouldn't even know where to start.   It makes no sense to me why you would have a person running the store front that doesn't even know how to make a key.   Sad to say you guys lost a customer.

You had told me you was waiting until Monday, so I saw no need to hurry and finish the job I was on. Maybe you should have said ill be there in 20 minutes. Sorry for your inconvenience.

Mr. Miller arrived within the quoted time frame. He quickly and efficiently completed the installation. He was professional and courteous the whole time he was there. I highly recommend his services.

I had misplaced the key to my car and it was the only one I had. Dave Miller from Miller's Lock n Key was there for the rescue! Not only was he very professional, but he was there in 15 minutes to help me get what I needed! If you ever need a locksmith Miller's is no doubt the best! I highly recommend!!

Literally called for a week continuously leads you on having you believe he will “make it out there” then when the day comes he says “he’s coming” you call and now he is “so swamped”. I don’t see how he still has a running company. Easily the most unprofessional people i have dealt with.

He showed up late came in without a mask and refused to wear the mask I offered him. I have a 80 year old mother. We had to throw him out.

Medical reasons sir, alpha 1 lung disease can't wear a mask for long periods you was told this, and social distancing was in practice. When social distancing is not able to be done then you wear a mask.
