  If I could give 0 stars I would. Dispatch said it would be a $30 fee to drive out but tech would give us price once he was here. They told us they are 30-40 minutes out. Tech arrived and quoted us between $130-$200 (has no way of showing how prices are determined). Tech was nice but broke keys off in the door caused a little damage from trying to fish them out. He asked us what we thought they numbers would be because he didn’t know? After almost 45 minutes of not being able to cut the right key he popped our door open with a credit card. We were charged $170 FOR A CREDIT CARD TO OPEN THE DOOR. We called the office and asked for a refund besides the fee to come out. They told us they would call us back and never did, we called again the next day and same thing. Finally she answered and we were told that it took him “way over an hour to get to our house” (which was a complete lie it took him 40 minutes) and that we were charged drive time. When originally their fee says $30. We were also told we would be refunded $15 for the inconvenience... $15 to a $170 bill for opening the door with a credit card. Not acceptable. Do not do business with them. They have no set prices, everything is guessed, office is awful at communicating, tech is nice but seems to not know what he’s doing.

  Worst service ever. I had 2 blanks that I needed cut. Guy shows up in a car that looks trashed and wearing a Hoodia. Screws up one of my blanks I supplied and gives me a new one. Only the new one has a chip but no buttons for unlocking doors etc. Still charges full price for one good key and one that does me no good. Way over priced and very unprofessional. Stay away from these guys.

  The dispatcher informed me it would be a 30-35 minute wait and a $20 inital fee. However, there could be no quote or estimate on how much it might cost. It took the technician an hour and 30 minutes to arrive and he smiled of pot. He was polite tho and quickly unlocked our door. What I don't understand and find frustrating is that there is no documentation showing how they determine their prices because after he looked at our doorknob, he said it would be a $190. I want to know how they come up with such a high price and why can't they prepare customers properly.
