  The guy was excellent! When I called the company and they sent the order out, he contacted me and began working with me to resolve my issue from the first call. He was professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work around my schedule to get the job done. When he arrived, he had a mask on and used gloves to complete the job. He was quick and cleaned up after, leaving the space spotless. This was the fastest, lock change I've had since I bought my house. I wish I had known about this company before this issue. Now that I do, I will use them in the future and recommend them to others.

  I had Midtown Locksmith & Security Systems do interior home lock work for me and I also purchased a safe from them. Their work was excellent and the prices more than fair. But beyond that, they answered all my questions completely and recommended other contractors for services that I needed. These other companies were filtered by the owner and kept up to his standards. I will never go to another firm for any work that Midtown Locksmith & Security Systems can do. I trust them completely, they are the best!

  I am very happy to give Midtown Locksmith & Security Systems this resounding recommendation. Having a door handle snap off in my hand was extremely inconvenient but one call to them and the problem was solved quickly and professionally. Within half an hour of ringing, the locksmith was on my doorstep and within another half an hour I had a new lock mechanism fitting. I will definitely use them again. They are easy to deal with, reasonably priced, reliable and quick.
