  I've been trying to reach Midtown Locksmith for the last 4 days to centering my deadbolt that was installed crooked in late August. I've been hung up on twice and no one has responded to my voice mails. I am severely disappointed that there are business owners in this amazing city that do not take pride in their workmanship or respond to customers in a timely manner. Not likely to recommend.

  These guys are great! very quick, and responsive.They are very efficient, and I feel like I can trust them. They bring back the personal service of business that's been lost like having a family ,handyman, milkman or mailman. I definitely keep the number as top ten emergency stamped with the fridge magnet.

  Great price and service! This and his team helped me safely unlock the door to the mechanical room at my building. The technician was very professional and timely, even late on a weeknight. I definitely recommend this company and would use them again. Thanks!
