  These people are great! Locked my keys out at 9 p.m...they had me back on the road in less than an hour. We called a few other locksmiths before we called them, they were rude and huffy and took awhile to respond. The lady answering the phone was very sweet and helpful and the locksmith, Jason arrived very fast and had my car unlocked even faster and was very nice...even at 10 p.m. Thank you guys. I highly recommend!!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Absolutely horrendous service, the technician told me he would arrive on site within 30 minutes, I see 20 min later that I had a missed call TEN min ago, I missed the call because I was expecting a call 30 minutes later or at least close to it like he said, I tried to call back about 8 times and got NO response. so your telling me you couldn’t even wait 10 min whenever you gave me a call 10 min ago that you would be here in 30 min??? Once again HORRIBLE customer service… NEVER call these people if you are in a tight spot they will definitely NOT COME THROUGH

  Fayetteville Timmy, thank you for your feedback. Midnight Run Services, LLC is a professional Locksmith company, not road side assistance. We do not have service technicians on the road 24 hours a day. We do however take emergency calls for those who may be stranded and locked out of their home or vehicle at all hours. On this occasion the field technician took the call at nearly 3am and responded in better than reasonable time frame. Once onsite, the technician called the provided phone number and received no answer. After waiting over 15 minutes onsite, the technician left the area. After leaving the area he received another call from another customer to which he responded. When you finally called back, the technician was no longer in that area and suggested that you contact another company. We apologize for the confusion, but we get way too many drive offs and crank calls to spend a lot of time waiting around with out any communication.

  The dispatcher was quick to answer our call, gave us a cost & time estimate in minutes & had their guy out to unlock our vehicle in a little less than half an hour. The service technician was very courteous & friendly & helped to calm a pretty stressful situation to the point where we could think straight & find the keys instead of having to get one made. This after waiting for over two hours for another company who never even bothered to call back with an estimate on when they might be able to get someone out to us. Would highly recommend them & will definitely be calling them first if I ever find myself in that situation again.
