  Didn't have to wait as long as expected. The dude got me in my car within 10 minutes upon arrival. Very happy with the timely arrival and swift quickness. In fact the 1st locksmith I called referred me to this company. So clearly other companies appreciate their business as well.

  Todd was able to open a bathroom door at my house that had been jammed shut by a broken, 100-year old mortise lock. Todd was kind and professional, and he clearly took pride in his work. I will use Michiana Lock & Key again.
