Quick and easy. Very helpful, Brett helped me find the right key for my motorcycle and cut it too. Once he found the right fit and cut it to match, it worked the first time on the ignition, gas tank, and seat storage. Awesome experience!

Brett, was great. Had all the keys, I was looking for. Was quick and a reasonable price for all them. Even went back next day and had more made.

The receptionist or lady who answers the phone is losing you business because she likes to talk like a professional but she doesn’t listen to the customers explanation. I like your service but train your lady on understanding what the customer needs before she goes into unnecessary rumbling.

Great little shop that's really big on the inside! Brett can take care of your key needs for a reasonable price

Layla, went above and beyond to help me get my appointment set and gave me all the information I needed ahead of time. She was wonderful. And Chris came out to take care of re-keying our locks and he was fantastic. He was incredibly patient, helped us figure out what would be best for our situation, and was very professional. I highly recommend Michael's Keys if you need any kind of locksmith work done.

They promptly made and programmed a key for my 2007 mazda and it only took 5 minutes. The employee there was very nice and explained everything. Pricing was great too

Great service. Much better prices than I expected. I lost my keys and thought I locked them in the car. They came out and got me fixed up in a jiffy. Even though my keys weren't in my car, I was very surprised as to how professional and quickly they opened it up. WITHOUT any damages to my vehicle. I have used them in the past as well for key copies. They are very reputable
