Very friendly and helpful.  Very prompt and stays in contact.  Mitchell was great to work with getting a new key cut without the original. Definetly recommend.

Prompt service and great customer service!

Prompt and excellent service, they were the only locksmith that responded on Thursday at 8:30. I of course was embarrassed to have locked myself out of my house, and Mitchell was very patient and understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This company is very thorough even though I did not use them.I even received the call the following day for the appointment that I said that I canceled the day before. But they don't continue to call you afterwards.

I would give this guys zero stars if I could. Got a key for my truck about a month ago, then after that the key stopped working (the security lights came on) which means that the chip inside the key doesn't work anymore. I gave them a call and told me to send them a picture of my receipt which I did, when I call back to know if they got my email, they keep hanging on me. now I'm stuck in the street all because these guys make defective keys and don't want to fix them.

Fast and easy had a crying baby and was locked out of the house and he saved me

Only place metro east had MY style key and they were very nice and fast. I was very impressed
