  Giving 5 starts as they ended a huge ordeal of a simple task of making copies of keys. I kept getting bad keys from home depot after 4 trips, so I tried these folks out. Metro Lock made the keys in a jiff and all of them perfect. I however need comment that the associate I spoke with was very reluctant to talk to me about the situation until I called back, said the keys worked, and I wanted to thank them. This is a sign that any customer questions\complaints might also be "reluctantly" reviewed. I won't dock stars as they completed what they needed and it appeared they would honor refund requests if it was discussed.

  I have a personal combination sentry safe that I used for years all of a sudden I couldn't get it open. After looking on line I found this company I call and explain to Ray my problem and he said bring it in. He had it open in just a few minutes it seem as though a weight was lifted off my shoulder. I asked him what is the cost for this and he said no charge? Ray was very professional and helpful I totally recommend this company to people who need their problem solved. Thanks again Ray for caring for people like me that are in need. Louise DeHorney

  I needed to have repair work done to my front door lock. The service person from Metro Lock came and didn't even try to fix the problem. Instead, he wanted to charge me at least $500.00 for a new handle, etc. Fortunately, I found another company who fixed the issue--saved me $400.
