  Had a couple of key fobs made, the type where the key swings out like a switch blade with the push of a button. While the guy was making the 2nd key I tested the new key and one of the buttons didn't work. He had to make another key using up another fob.For the cost of everything I felt the fobs could have been of better quality. The switch blade action is faulty on both the fobs. You press the button and it won't swing open fully. You have to grab the key and pry it open.

  If it is our key we will definitely fix it but if it is a key that you bought somewhere else and just had use to cut and or program them then thats an outside source issue. It really not nothing to Biatch about. I'm sure if we would have made the adjustments right there on the spot. It just a simple turn of a spring.
