  They came right over and looked at our locks, got them ordered, and came and installed them in under a week! So impressed with their outstanding service & high quality products. Everything was very fairly priced and the employees are incredibly helpful!

  We are driving from Fargo ND to Boise ID for a fun Thanksgiving getaway with our daughter and her significant other when our car simply locks us out with our dog inside after gassing up in Idaho Falls! Fun?? No!! Several hours later, not getting help from anyone, Mel’s lock and key is mentioned and before we know it, a very pleasant gentleman who may have been Santa himself dressed as a locksmith shows up to save the day! We are back in our car, my dog is safe, the car starts and we are on our way. The bottom line is this…..you should call Mel’s when you need a locksmith (or maybe just a hug!) D & J, Fargo ND
