Bought new keyfob off Amazon for my car as the originals were starting to not register all the time.  They were able to program the new fob and it works great.  No more "No key detected".  Took all of 20 minutes and was only $40 to program.   New fob was under $40, so whole shebang was $80.  Much cheaper than having to go to dealership and purchase and program through them.  Thanks McGuire Lock!

Fast and professional.  Keys worked the first time they were cut and I was worried because of how worn the originals were.   Inexpensive as well.  Great company to do business with.  I was in and out in literally 5 minutes, and that was with 3 people ahead of me when I walked in.  Couldn't be happier.

Worst company I've ever worked for. Due of the poor quality of their work, I had my lock changed three times. Screws started sliding out, and eventually the entire lock dropped to the floor. I had to pay for their services again, and the phone receptionist is never kind. They engage third parties to do their services for them, and they have no way of knowing or ensuring the quality. Never, ever again. I've already spent over with this company to have a basic lock installed on my door.

join forces with someone else. This is yet another company that outsources to people and doesn't care about service or quality (don't be misled by their friendliness!). I scheduled an appointment, and the gentleman arrived late because he had not been informed of the appointment by the company, which was not his responsibility. No one at the company kept me informed. They gave me a quotation for changing a lock, but when the locksmith arrived, he stated it would cost more than twice as much. I obviously didn't go through with it. Fine, if it costs what it costs, but don't waste my time by giving me a lesser quotation and making me wait for a pre-arranged appointment.

My first encounter was pleasant. When I called them again to replace a lock, they quoted me a cheaper fee than the one they charged on the spot, claiming that the inset was longer. However, the size of the inset has no bearing on the price, and it was all a ruse. When I asked for a copy card that came with keys, the individual on site tried to claim that it was a particular secure lock because of our door, then backpedaled from the remark. When we asked for an explanation about the location, the individual was really unpleasant. This occurred after he had extracted the lock out, putting us in a precarious position. I'm going to avoid that in the future.

"When the locksmith arrived, he was rather angry in his tone, claiming that it would cost extra plus vat, and that it was a tough job - which it wasn't.
He drilled the lock for two minutes, then replaced simply the barrel in the main lock with a new mortice lock.

I'm never going to utilize this company again. I strongly advise you not to."

The prices for what was presumably a one-minute work made me feel absolutely ripped off. I understand the weekend call-out cost, but not the quote for the easy job. My fault for not reading the reviews and ratings.

Using professional services can make things LOOK easy that are not. You have to remember that we do this work every day. Cheap services are a sign of cheap skills. Thanks for speaking your mind Jared.

These guys are the best around. Great prices and you won't be going back because your key doesn't work. Whether its a house key or fob they can do it.

Amazing service! 5 minutes and 2 dollars for a key copy. Key was copied from the specs for toyota, rather than off of my worn down key, super excellent value and service!

"We called them because we were locked out of our house.
We were given the most competitive price for a simple unlock, which included anything other than drilling the lock.
The 'locksmith' arrived with no professional tools, only a drill, and it turned out that he couldn't have done a basic unlock because he lacked the necessary tools. When I called them to express my dissatisfaction and inquire about this, the representative stated, ""the locksmith will return to the office if he needs to get picks or bump keys"" - amazing!
So there you have it, they're simply thieves and liars."
