  McElveen Towing towed my car twice. Mr. McElveen's service picked up my car in a timely manner. The next day I called to have him move the car again, and he did. I am elated. I wouldn't have it no other way.

  This is worst experience I've ever encountered in any customer service situation. I would not recommend anybody to deal with this company. I was told it was a $60 fee over the phone and I was ready to pay with my debit card but his machine was down. Once he pick me up he said it was $75. I picked up my car the next morning and he charged me $40 more for storage fee. If his debit machine worked I would not have had to have my car stored at his shop and could have left my car at my job. This tow company needs to be shut down!!!!
