  Called for an easy tire repair service and was initially told that it would take 2 hours to arrive on the scene. 1 hour 45 minutes later, we had called to get an updated ETA and he said it will be another hour and a half or so. Eventually he had told us to find someone else because he was having "equipment malfunction" on his end. It was very obvious he did not want to do the job, absolute waste of time !

  This company came out to do a service on one off my 18 wheelers, to fix a brakeline on the trailer and on the process they broke the other end of it. the tech took off so quick that it didn't give my driver a chance to check out the job, when he try to move the truck it wouldn't so he realized that now there was another broken part of the brakeline, so he called the tech back and the tech stated that he'll come out again for an extra $200, after he already charged us $404, this company is very unproffessional, they're thiefs keep away, they break things for you to call them back, we had to call the police and make a report on this crooks, even the police officer try calling him and he wouldn't answer, so I put a dispute on the charge. Look at this pictures, and tell me that that wasn't visible to the tech.. you're the Mechanic and all you did was took the Money and left my driver stranded.. and then why didn't you answer any more calls even from the police? Bunch of lies.... People please stay away from this place you've been warned.

  Sorry we did not meet your expectations we went out fixed the problem there was another air line broken that we did not see neither did your driver until he tried to leave it did not leak with the brakes released only when he tried to move did it start leaking we went back to the shop to get more parts your driver became irate and belligerent because we were taking too long since we had to get new parts and fuel and because he wanted it done for free, so that was the end of that but we did fix what we were originally dispatched to fix...

  I had a really bad interaction with this company. I broke down less than a mile from their shop, so I gave them a call. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude before I even said a word. Then, they tried to charge me a 2 hr minimum for the tow (when I was no more than 5 minutes away), which they told me would cost at least $250, but they could not give me an exact price. I ended up calling another company in town, and they helped me out for $75. Edit: This company’s responses to reviews should be a good indication of how they run their shop. Any business speaking to customers in this way should be avoided. Also, they responded saying that they don’t tow despite saying they did when I called AND listing it in their available services.
