  When I called I spoke DIRECTLY to the OWNER, not a call center or a phone jockey :) Chris came out and rekeyed our new house before I was able to even finish my grilled cheese! Too bad he doesn't do plumbing work as well 'cause I'd hire him again in a second!

  Great all around experience. I called to have a lock replaced on my front door that was over 100 years old. They were extremely responsive and even moved up my appointment when they had a cancellation. Very professional and highly recommended!

  Owner was very friendly, was available on a Sunday, and was able to make us a set of keys that day; however, the HUD keys he made for us did not work. We went to another locksmith who showed us how these keys were made incorrectly. We wasted a lot of time going to a property to be locked out thanks to these incorrectly cut keys. We ended up getting the keys made correctly, and for less, elsewhere.

  Daniel- I am sorry the keys I duplicated were done incorrectly. I would have gladly either corrected my error or refunded your money given the opportunity prior to a bad review being made against my company. Since you were aware I was available, even on a Sunday, a phone call from you could have afforded me the opportunity to correct this situation.
