  Lost my car key and was referred to Masslock Inc. I can say that I am fully satisfied by the service provided. Good customer service and everything was done within less than 2 hours. From now on, I guess I am going there for anything lock related and will recommend it to anyone. Cool key 🔑 replacement too 😉

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Have an old mortise lock that wasn't working. Went to a large chain hardware store and got a story about "well a mortise lock is custom, so you need to remove it and bring it here so we can measure it. Otherwise if we order it and it's the wrong size you can't return it." Tried a local locksmith -- chased multiple times "I'm busy try me later". Now I'm wondering if I'm stuck and have to replace the door itself for big $$$. Finally called MassLock 10:30 am and they had a tech on site mid-afternoon. Dan from MassLock arrives takes one look and says "oh sure, we can fix this no problem I can do it right now." He took the time to explain the problem and the repair, worked quickly and efficiently, and even recommended a polish to brighten up the brass fittings. MassLock goes in my book as a service keeper. Thank you Dan and MassLock! :-)
