I have missed two full days of work waiting on Marty’s Lock ! This has got to stop ! No communication , not even a drop .
I just wanted them to pop my lock 😭

I’m sorry we could not get to you when you call to tell us that you had broken your key in your car.
We try to get to all customers as soon as possible.
We also ask that they answer the phone so we know they are there before we come out but we got no answer the 3 times we called.
