  The ladies at Mailboxes & Beyond did a wonderful job with my father's memorial order. The work was above anything I could have hoped for. Im grateful for their dedication and hard work.

  Thank you so much for the review! We have a love/hate relationship with memorial print jobs as we know the importance and want to make it the best we can but often with little time to do it! Our print team does ROCK and they work so hard and it's nice to be able to tell them that their work is appreciated! Prayers during your time of grief!

  The president and CEO Tobye McClanahan based on my one time dealing with her is far from professional and very rude. I responded to an email sent inquiring about why I couldn't virtually open an article of mail I had received. she explained she could t due to a code prohibitance. i was unaware nor did she explain what this code meant. I then asked her could she just forwarded the mail to my home address. It was at this point that went on an email tirade in all caps and exclamation points. essentially she was yelling in an email. she didn't offer any effort to resolve my issue and told me if I have problem then just cancel.my business. she was very distasteful and definitely not a professional.

  I responded very promptly and nicely at first. The 2nd email that I sent had the same message reworded again for clarity. And you didn't seem to understand before you received the 3rd email that yes did have the issue at hand in all caps since it was not understood in the first 2 emails. You are just mad because I refused to aide you in violating Google's Business listings terms of service. Basically what you wanted to do was purport to the general public that your business has a physical brick and mortar location at my address when in fact it does not. That is deceitful business practices and it is very clear in the google terms and services that you can not use a PO Box or PM Box address for a business Google list. So yes we will refuse to help anyone do that. I also offered to request a refund for you because you called me a thief which I haven't taken anything from you and don't want your money from the 3rd party company. Also, if a Google reviewer is reading this you should know this guy is most likely going to go somewhere else and violate your terms to someone that cares more about the money than doing the right legal thing. Copies of the emails are below for anyone that would like to read them: Email response # 1 to your virtual app request: Mr. Jones, Unfortunately, we cannot complete your request to scan the google listing code for your digital anytime mailbox #410 at our location. Using a PMB location for a google listing is a violation of google policies, therefore this mail piece has been unassigned and shall be destroyed. Sincerely, Your response to that email: is there a way to send it to my forwarding address. I don't want it destroyed without being able to view My 2nd Email: You cannot view it! You cannot use our physical address with a private mailbox # for a google listing. Your reply to my 2nd email: no I'm saying is there a way to just mail it to my home address. I don't want my item destroyed without viewing it. My 3rd email: I understand exactly what you are saying and I'm telling you that giving you this code is NOT happening! It isn't about where this piece of paper is mailed it is about the code itself! IT IS A VIOLATION TO USE OUR ADDRESS FOR A GOOGLE LISTING PERIOD!!!!! THE CODE IS THE PROBLEM NOT WHERE THE PIECE OF PAPER IS RECEIVED!!! IF THIS IS WHY YOU OPENED THIS DIGITAL MAILBOX YOU NEED TO CALL ANYTIME MAILBOX AND CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY THEN!
