This was highway robbery. The man would not tell me upfront cost of cutting and programming key. Not on phone after I asked twice, nor in person or on arrival. I should have known this was sketchy. He worked for 50 minutes and didn't seem to know what he was doing as he was on the phone with someone almost the whole time. He was able to cut key to start my vehicle, but was unable to program the  the lock. He didn’t tell me that, I had to shut the door and try it myself. Blamed it on the “cheap key” although this was the same key my son used for the same vehicle without problem. Them he wanted $250!!!! Claimed partly due to 50 minute drive to me. Negotiated down to $100 after loud discussion. Would not recommend!!!

Accidentally locked my keys in my work truck.  Called a national chain service and they wanted to charge me double the price M&R did.  Marco the locksmith was to me in less than 10 minutes and got me going asap.  I will be working with them for any future needs.

I would recommend anyone that has loosen a key to a lock and have the actual lock. You will get your key to your lock again. 🔐

I needed someone to make a key for a husky tool trunk. I gave them the number on the lock and they were unable to make a key. He asked me to bring the 100lb tool box in. 🤔A dryer I told him I had no way to bring this trunk to him. He referred me to another guy that would charge 50.00 to come lock pick the lock then I would be stuck again trying to find a key to be able to lock it again. I looked online and was able to find a locksmith were I could order the key online and have it mailed 3-5 days. I ended up paying 14.00 for two keys. I personally didn't find this Business to be helpful. Perhaps for making a copy of a house key they would be helpful but yet again now we have kiosks I'm the entrance of Walmart for that.

Fine price for key copying. Two keys asked to be copied. Only one of the two worked on their intended doors. The key copy kiosk inside walmart has since been a more reliable and cheaper option for key copying.

I needed another car door key and was recommended by Marco but due to street construction, the owner suggested for me to park in the back of building. He came out to do the job, to find the right key for my car door, he was very nice and courteous and he was done within ten minutes or less. I would use his service again in the future!

Good outfit.  Crew Forman very serviceable to customers.

Charged me less then the other locksmiths and literally came out in 30 minutes like he said and took only maybe 20 minutes to cut a key for my car. And also gave me a extra key to unlock the door so that was cool. Guy was really nice highly recommended.
