The absolute best.  Service like this is hard to find.  I so appreciate Scott and his team. The high winds yesterday pretty much wrecked my outdoor Christmas decor.  M&M hardware came andf fixed it all!  Myheroes

Went in for a Kohler air filter for my toro 22" came out with $10 less and a Kohler air filter. Staff was able to put me in the right direction so I didn't have to look for it. Great experience.

It's nice going to M&M. I've shopped here forever.  Someone's always there smiling and willing to help! They'll walk me exactly where my product is and stay with me to answer questions. I love this place!

If I call and ask about an employees rude behavior towards me and you tell me if i don't like it bring it back. That is worst customer service Ive ever seen.Until i called to talk to main manager  same guy was on there and i was told to bring the item back.
Im so disappointed.I always say M&M had great customer service but they are worst.If their is a large group of them they wont even move.Just chatting away.You could always count on their employees to go above and beyond now they struggle with etiquette?
The more i remember the more I miss.It used to feel like a warm family atmosphere there. People remembered you. They asked if you needed anything else. I might be asking for a lot but I don't think so. That's is how you get repeat customer service.
Employees think they are always right not the customer.
