  This can be a stressful situation and it's nice to find someone who is professional and courteous because after you realize you need a locksmith, things can really get hectic anywhere in NYC. Luckily Joe, an expert key maker from M&D Locks and Keys NYC is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions quickly and was able to come out immediately when I needed him most. I am very happy with his key cutting service and would highly recommend him for any of your 24-hour emergency locksmith needs in New York.

  Overall excellent service. The locksmith Joey was on time in his arrival and explained the full depth of the problem with my lock by showing me the shape of the lock and as to the source of where the problem was. He did so many things in the time he was at our house it was incredible. Once he got here he was lightning fast. Also he totally beat the other quotes I received as well. He definitely knew what he was doing and I'm sure by the way he handled the situation, he was very good at his job.

  Because of a robbery, I had to change all the locks in my restaurant last year so we hired this company. Joey responded fast and got right to work. He didn't bother with much chit chat, but was very professional and did all the doors very quickly. The biggest thing for me is trust so I'll be using M&D again if the need arises. I'm keeping his number in my phone for future lockouts.
