Words can not express the service of these people. i locked my keys in the car..it was cold outside n I was already having bad morning. I called lucky lock..n the most nicest lady answered the phone n told me she happens to be across street. She came right over.. We got to talking and realized we were both going thru some things and got to talking some more n before I knew it it was open. She told me to have a good day and left.  I'm so glad there is still beautiful nice people in the world.thanks again.

Cut off our locks on our rented storage unit "by accident". We were notified by Roscoe U Haul. We live 1500 miles away. They did not have any authority to be on the premises according to U Haul. This happened to BOTH our units, a year apart. Very suspicious. We do not recommend!!!!!

The only reason I gave them a 1 star is because he answered the phone on the first ring.  No help whatsoever.  Asked if they could program my keyfob for my 2015 Silverado and he stated his wife does that and she is out of the office for the day.  I asked him how much they charged and he stated he would have to ask his wife.  Don't you think he would know how much they charge for this service?  Very unprofessional and was not interested in helping me at all.  He abruptly ended the conversation, will never use their service.

I forgot the key inside my truck , I spent one hour trying to open the door and I couldn't. The guy from lucky lock came and opened in 10 seconds. Great job

Me and my family decided to make a trip to a Williams Tree Farm in Rockton Illinois and to my surprise after spending an hour and a half searching for a tree on my way back to my vehicle I realized I had lost the key to my sisters truck. That was the only key we had for the truck and I spent the next two and a half hours searching for the key when I realized that I was going to have to call a locksmith. I contacted lucky lock. I had contacted 9 other locksmiths and lucky lock was the least expensive out of all of them I then told him to come out he was there within a half an hour Not only was he there but he offered my nieces and nephews and son to sit in his vehicle to stay warm while he perform the service. He had a great sense of humor and seemed to be in High Spirits even though I called him away from his dinner.  as he was trying to program the key to the truck the battery went dead on my truck and he jump-started me free of charge. He had actually charged me $10 less than what he quoted me on the phone. I definitely recommend his service to anyone in need of a locksmith. My family is truly thankful that you took the time to help us
