  John was very quick and helpful in getting grandson's bike tire replaced. We also ordered kickstands and he installed on boys bikes.

  I was greeted by a barking dog. Then a gentleman who asked with a straight face, "what can I do for you?" I got what I came for but pleasant customer service was really lacking.
