  We contacted the locksmith to replace the locks that the burglars damaged during the break-in. We also requested them to install deadbolts to prevent another such instance. The locksmith complied and he handled the concerns efficiently. The price wasn’t much, and we appreciate their first-rate assistance.

  Locksmith Philly was able to address a problem about a broken door handle that another locksmith company couldn't because "they didn't have the right stuff on the truck." Before sending out someone out, they made sure to order anything that might be needed to fix the problem and fixed the problem once the parts had come in. Very communicative around the time they would arrive and gave me updates about any delays. They have definitely earned a customer for any future locksmithing needs with their professional and honest service. Leo, who handled our particular issue, was courteous and highly skilled.
