  Liars! Took almost 2 hrs after they said 35 to 40 min Then they called it would be another 35 to 40 min additional Told me he had a car to unlock. He couldnt call me? I canceled Office lady called to try to get order back. Said tech's car broke down that is why so late. Get your lies organized.

  I called to ask about fixing a lock. Could barely understand the woman who answered but that’s alright. When they told me I need to pay $30 for an estimate, I kindly told her no and I’ll call someone else. Well that turned into a guy calling me back from another number saying did we call for a locksmith. I said yes but I decline because of the estimate fee and was going to ask if they would wave it but got hung up on immediately. The same guy called me from yet another number asking if I called a locksmith. When I told him I’m the exact same person he just hung up on, he got mad and hung up again. What a great company lol. No way I’d ever use these clowns.

  Appointment scheduled and nobody showed up. Called and LVM twice and no response. Went with another company. Turns out the other company showed up same day and had better pricing.
