  This was perhaps the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. I asked Google for "locksmith near me," and it popped up right away. I left a message, within 30 minutes he called back, and within an hour he was at my door--at about 7:30 p.m. He completed the work while I folded and hung laundry. I now have a working key fob remote and chipped ignition key, which I had researched and purchased online. Top-notch!

  Efi replaced our Baldwin key and won our business because he gave us great advise about the Baldwin life time warranty. That advice saved us hundreds of dollars on buying a new lock. While he was here, he realized that our door is not standard width and is too wide and he used old longer parts of the old lock and combined with the new lock and made it work! He also installed a Yale keypad lock which again didn't fit the wide door. Yet again he provided great advice and we used our back door, saved us drilling fees and actually overall the location of the keypad is much better for our purposes. Lastly, he re-keyed 3 keys for us. His price was great and he saved us a lot of money. He is honest, experienced, smart, professional and super nice! i strongly recommend him!
