  Excellent service! Arthur was timely, organized and professional. I was locked out my apartment late at night and was looking for the nearest locksmith to arrive and that's when I've seen Locksmith excellence NYC, I liked the reviews I read and decided to call, they answered right away and sent Arthur to assist me, Arthur quickly analyzed that the mechanism failed seeing as I had the key. He promptly explained the procedure to me and advised that the lock will need to be replaced after the door is open. The whole process from start to finish was less then an hour and a very reasonable price. Definitely give excellence a call if your looking for a reliable locksmith and there the picture of the beautiful new lock, fantastic Thank you again excellence ✨

  I needed my lock changed and I found this place on Instagram. Elan responded almost immediately when I reached out for a quote. He was at my house within 2 hours to check my lock and let me know what my options were, I had no idea he was going to get it done right there on the spot! Within 20 minutes, I had a brand new high security lock for a great price. Elan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be using them going forward and I will recommend them to anyone who is in need of a locksmith.
