  Melanie is the best! She is super helpful and gave us very useful advice in getting new keys for our car. She really knows what she is doing! I don't think I would trust anyone else. I've been shouting her praises to everyone I know.

  The 4th time’s the charm. My brother and I had 3 car key copies made earlier that day from various other places, but none of them worked on everything we needed for the car (ignition, glovebox, center console, and trunk). As soon as I saw her just look at the key and grab a blank off the wall without me even telling her the make and model of the car, I knew we were dealing with an expert. Sure enough, it only took one try to get a key that worked for everything on our car. I highly recommend coming here for anything lock & key related. As she told me before we drove away, “Next time, make me your first stop, not your last.” I definitely will.
