  Had John out to rekey my door. He was quick, helpful, and left the lock/doorknob working better than it did before he got here. I called and left a message to set this up and got called back promptly. The woman helping set up the appointment was very helpful with a couple questions I had as well. I would certainly call the Lock & Key Shop the next time I need service.

  I have worked for two apartment complexes and the Lock & Key shop has always taken good care of us. From special lock installation to mastering locks that needed cleaned out and unlocked. Thank you Lock & Key shop for the outstanding service.
