  Called them at 9:30am asking to have my key made for my car was told at 3pm he would be another hour……… He never showed up! Went with another company the next day! Not reliable, poor communication!

  Very pleased with this company! Every other locksmith we called were not able to service us, Avi came out and was able to get our new key fob made in 10 minutes.I highly recommend this company!

  This service is TERRIBLE. I had been waiting TWO hours for somebody to contact me about a technicians AVAILABILITY!! TWO HOURS.. I waited patiently and called back in a calm manner to resolve my issue and instead of receiving assistance, the line was picked up and i was immediately hung up on. Not once but TWICE. This company has TERRIBLE customer service. ZERO out of Five. Keep your money.. ‘Trisha’ was a nice rep. however the service I received from her very poor. She was the one to hang up on me twice.
