  Mark provided nothing less than exceptional service rekeying my new house. The appointment was confirmed the day prior, he called when he was on his way, and gave a detailed explanation of the work being done. Aside from great communication, Mark was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough, not leaving until everything worked just right. Highly recommend!

  Whenever I have anything wrong with my locks, the first person I think to call is Mark at Leapin Lizard Locksmiths. He has installed a Schlage electronic programmable pin pad lock on one of our doors (which he also explained in detail on how to operate), re-keyed all of our doors when we first moved in, and even came to fix one of our doors that settled and the lock needed to be realigned. He is always on time, if not early, and can always find a solution to the problem. He is kind, respectful, and personable. His prices are very reasonable. He never leaves a mess and everything always looks better than when he came. Scheduling was so easy and accommodating. Leapin Lizards Locksmiths will always be the one I call.
