  Jim is super knowledgeable and recognized the problem from 6 feet away before I even put my key in the door! His mobile service makes it so convenient for us - I was able to go on about my day at my home while he sorted out my front door problem. Then, since he was already there, I took a chance to see if he could also sort out the lock on our mailbox - and - NO PROBLEM! He’s our guy from now on!

  I called basically every locksmith on the island and no one would show up. When I called these guys they were polite and showed up on time. Got the job done! Super professional

  They were the only ones to answer the phone on a late holiday night. I needed a bedroom door opened late at night.I knew It would probably be a little pricy considering the circumstance, but he did give me the option to come in the morning at a smaller price. I really wanted to get into my room so I had them show up around 12:30a took less then 10 min to get in. Thanks again!
