  AWFUL SERVICE!!!!! Had to get new office re-keyed, and the it took them 4 days before they came out. Then they messed up our door to where we couldn't even get out and refused to come back and fix it!!!! The owner told me that he was not coming to repair the door and to get someone else to come fix it. If the front part of our office caught fire there would be no way for us to get out, and we would all die a horrible fiery death!!!! Very unprofessional business! I would NOT recommend to anyone. Only gave one star because I had to in order to post review. They deserve NOTHING!!!

  It's hard to be gracious when dealing with people like this, but I'll try. Our first visit there was interrupted by an emergency call and we couldn't make it back the same day. We did go back and my worker told me then to never go back to that customer because of the difficulty in dealing with them. I should have listened, but went on another service call to their location. I worked for 1 1/2 hr. to try to get the back door to work properly. Someone (not us) had done some modifications to the frame that made it almost impossible to make the lock function properly, but I did get it working. I also adjusted another misalignment on another door while I was there. That door, I was told, worked perfectly before we went out but there is no way because of the latch not lining up with the strike. I fixed it in spite of being lied to about how well it worked before. That is when I realized what kind of people I was dealing with and agreed with my worker to never go back. As luck would have it, someone from an auto service company heard me talking about it and said that People Ready had gone to them for some work on a vehicle. They gave a quote that was accepted, did the work, and People Ready refused to pay for it, so they removed what they had done to the vehicle and gave it back to the without the repairs. That tells me volumes about what kind of people represent People Ready.

  Wonderful experience working with them. My family needed a gun safe for our growing collection. Wife called, met with them, and within a week, the safe was delivered and installed. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend

  I called several locksmith's around town and they were SUPER rude and put-off towards me and my problem. I called this shop and the owner said he was closing but let me come down since I live close and unlocked my safe in about 45 seconds. The charge was VERY reasonable!! Thank you.
