  2 stars. She programmed a key fob for me later on on a Sunday evening (end of December, beginning January) , i appreciated it. She did not charge an extreme amount to program my keyless fob (i also already had a key.) It seemed great when it was done. Sometimes i would get the “key not detected, but i could get it to work by moving it around, no big deal. Fast forward to yesterday, my key fob no longer works whatsoever. I am back to manually using my key. When paying for a service, you expect it to last more than 3 months.

  I'm about 2 weeks late on this review. I had left my keys offshore and called about six different places and few of them didn't even answer the phone and the other ones couldn't make it in timely manner. She was able to make it there in 1 hour and got the job done quick. Very nice lady very good at what she does.

  Ms. Melissa is a life saver! Chip in my key fell out so I couldn't start my car, she came and programmed me a new chip in no time. Very fair price especially seeing how she came out of town, cut a new key, installed a new chip since the key I ordered had a faulty chip, and programmed it all within an hour, thank you very much!!
