  Amazing! I made the copy of keys last year and made my account which you only need your email address and fingerprint. I needed another copy today and went there, and realized that I didn’t even need to bring my actual key as it remembers the keys I made before. It means that if we get locked out or lose keys, I don’t have to call the locksmith and pay a lot of money. I just have to go to this kiosk and just log in to my account and get the key made. Amazing idea!

  The key was badly cut, shorter than it needed to be, and I could tell instantly that it wasn't going to work (and when I used it, it didn't). Do not get your keys cut at a rite aid kiosk. The shoe place across the street cuts keys, will be using them next time

  Out of 3 keys, only one was dispensed - but the machine communicated with the teams quickly who reached out to resolve the issue.
