  I'm locked out of a house that I purchased recently. I called to find out what kind of proof they would accept that I own the house (it's not on my ID). They hung up on me and refused to help.

  Some of the employees did not know the location of the key machine. another one, though, helped me when I did not know how to start. Nice to get a key this way.

  It was quick and easy, keys aren't as thick as from a hardware store. A touch expensive for do it yourself.
