  This just a kiosk inside of Lowe's. The employee that "helped" me was very rude and told me they could not cut my key, even though it was identical to the ones they sell and was a certified GM part. This was completely opposite of the information I was given on the phone 20 minutes earlier by another Lowe's employee.

  They didnt have mailbox key size though so I could only sort out my apartment keys...
