I used the KeyMe kiosk in my local Ralphs grocery store to copy 3 of my office keys. I had already had keys made at Lowes and Ace Hardware that did NOT work. KeyMe was my last hope. I had three made, went straight to my office to try them out and they all worked perfectly! I will use again and I highly recommend.

I wanted to make a spare key for a door and hide the spare key outside. The automated process was easy to understand and probably took about the same or slightly less time the going to a key shop. Best of all, when I tested the spare key, it worked without any problems.

Very dissatisfied. The people on the phone say it’s 29.99 plus labor. And the guy shows up and says he has to break my door lock because he can’t pick it. Then doesn’t tell me price until after which was 265 dollars. If I would of known that I would of just broken my own door. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.
