  Horrible experience with this company. Save yourself some time and energy and call Gabriel at Exelkey Locksmith company, he ended up saving our whole evening after we waited over 4 hours past the initial promised arrival time from KeyMe. The story: we arrived at my parents house for a weekend trip and I promptly locked my keys in the car (thanks, pregnancy brain) because it locks automatically after a few minutes and we got distracted with getting our pup settled and in the yard. Called this company at 5:15pm and they said our guy would arrive by 6:30pm. At 6:45 we called again and they apologized and said it would be 7:30 now. At 7:45 we called again, now it'll be 8:30pm. Meanwhile all our stuff and dog food is in the car and it's past her dinner and we cant walk her because her harness and leash and everything is locked in the car. So we're stressed out and unhappy. When 8:30 comes and goes we call again. Each time I have to wait on hold for the dispatcher etc. We finally get a kind soul who stayed past his shift end to try and help us, and he was able to determine (around 9:30pm) that the first guy they dispatched had car trouble. The second guy they dispatched blew a tire, and the third guy they were going to try and dispatch didn't have the tools required for a RAV4 since he wasn't supposed to be on this job originally (not sure if i believe them as thats a whole lot of bad luck with 3 different folks). So 4 hours after the first call, I ask for a full refund and finally tell the very kind guy at Exelkey Locksmith Services (Gabriel) that was 45 minutes away but willing to come all that way for us that we would greatly appreciate his help. He showed up 45 minutes later, on time, prompt, and got in within 3 minutes. I wish we'd called him first. I will never use this company ever again. Wish we'd called Gabriel to begin with!!! What a night.
