Called to get a quote and the guy answering the phone was very rude. Didn’t even care to give the company my services. Being locked out is annoying enough but having someone answer the phone at 5am like you’re a burden and being unprofessional when answering your questions is highly annoying as well.

On this order, I bought three house keys and they all work great! Previously, I ordered a mail key because none of the other mail keys I’d tried worked out. KeyMe’s didn’t either but they refunded me without hesitation when I reached out and said they didn’t work. Great customer service in my mind

got new keys at a kiosk at king soopers... regular and key fob.  regular keys were delivered immediately.  key fob was mailed and i received 2 days later. all keys work perfectly.  thank you.

EDIT: The website is very misleading. I, at no point, knew where the technician was or was able to track him nor were the prices transparent. I was SHOCKED to find out it would cost $500 for 30 seconds to unlock a door. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the technician was nice and helpful. I initially gave them 2 stars, but after working with customer service I dropped it to 1 star. Apparently, I was sent to a 3rd party vendor without any knowledge or transparency. I was directed to another company all together.

Cost was more than going to a hardware store, but couldn't beat the convenience of having keys made at the grocery store.  Plus I got a free key for using the service for the first time, so overall well worth it! Three keys made in less than 10 minutes and all three worked with no issue.  Will use this service again in the future.

Good response and fair price. Only disapointment was quote of $90 and once completed asked for another $27.50 service call which wasn't mentioned in initial call. Need to be more up-front and not take advantage.

This is a kiosk inside of King Soopers.  I didn't realize until the end that they didn't have the key I wanted so it had to be mailed - that was fine because there was no rush.  The keys are sexy and work great!
