Called because I was locked out of my apartment. I could barely understand the phone worker, and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times which caused her to become very rude and she even rudely hung up on me. They told me the ETA was around 15-20 minutes but a technician would call me soon with an exact ETA. I waited 30 minutes and still hadn't heard from anyone. So I called again and they said they would have the locksmith reach out to me immediately. I waited another 15 minutes and still hadn't heard anything. I called and got the same response. So I waited another 15 minutes before I called a different company and cancelled my request with them. None of the phone workers were very polite and they wasted an hour of my time which I spent shivering out in the cold, fretting over how late for work I was going to be. Do yourself a favor and don't bother calling this company.

The colored keys are nice but the brass ones are definitely higher quality. Faster than going into the Home Depot but realize that the non-brass keys are meh.

The finished product was very satisfactory, but very slow, considering I was making four copies of the same key/
