Called around 9pm closer to 10pm about a car lock out and was told that a tech would be over to me. Never gave me an ETA after I provided my info and location. I called about 3 more times after that and each time they told me they were going to try and find where the tech and have them call me back. I expressed how they keep telling me the same thing to me with no actual effort to help me, never even give me a price estimate so I should have known how unprofessional it would be but this was beyond bad. This was on Thursday and they are just calling me back on Sunday. I NEVER leave reviews but this was so bad and I would hate for anybody to deal with this poor experience too.
