Although pricy, my key worked perfectly.  I personalized it but still expensive for one key (about $9.0).

I was locked out from my apt building. A technician had unlocked the door with me but did not check if my key would work in the lock again. I was locked out a second time. This time I called the company six times with no reply from a technician. I ended up calling another company to help. I was locked out for more than three hours! It was extremely frustrating working with this company and not hearing back from any technician. In addition, I had to pay twice to get the door fixed and will say that I was overcharged the first time. Do not recommend this company.

I love the ease of making keys and the best part is they always fit! A friend said, "Yes, but look how much they cost.", to which I replied that I'd rather have a more expensive key that works than a cheaper one I have to replace! She agreed. And I just learned that they do car keys, too! It's definitely a superior way to get new keys made!

Easy to use.  I can just log in ans have previously made keys made again without having the keys with me.

I got two keys made at a kiosk in BB&B in Culver City on Jefferson Bl. and I brought them both home right away and they worked great. I would use this kiosk again.
