Pretty awesome. When I did a key that was special, they let me know that they will create it and mail it. Such a deal I got a key free. I recommend and would do this again

I unfortunately got locked outside of my home - I called immediately and it was shared that it would be 60-90 minutes. I am now at 2 hours and still waiting outside with no call or update.. I called back and it was shared that someone will be here in 40 minutes - double the time outside with my puppy and was offered 10% off. Sadly I will not use this company again and would have called another locksmith had I known it would be 3 hour and I am still waiting outside. Additional info - thank you so much for the owner’s response. I called the number listed below as they shared they wanted the opportunity to make it right. After waiting on hold I got hung up on twice. The first hang up the agent kindly called me back. After I was hung up on the second time, no one called me back. I suspect this wasn’t the way the owner hoped it would be made right.

Using the kiosk was simple. It was about 7-10 minutes for two keys. They were cut just fine.
