  Awful and nasty. The two gentlemen who came today for assessing replacing the lock on my door were friendly and efficient. The quote was $400.00 for the service and I thought that was too high and declined replacelment. The girl who called me later on the phone from Key Me had a gutter nasty attitude. Her voice was distant and extremely soft with rapid speech, and not professional enough. I could not hear her, but explained that I was no longer in need of service and thanked her. She just hung up while I was talking. Not only will I not recommend this company to anyone else: I will share my experience of poor over-the -phone customer service with many people.

  This company was ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone EVER!!!!! We were quoted 15-20 minutes we ultimately waited over 2hours without them ever coming and at that point they also stopped answering our phone calls!! By far THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!
