Do not use this service. Someone came out to my house charged me an outrageous price, when I call the number on the invoice it is an inactive number. When I call this number again they say they have no record of anyone coming out to my house. A complete scam and very unsafe that they have random people coming to your house with no records. I will be taking drastic measures to have this situation dealt with.

The tec didn't have the proper tools to open the lock and wanted to break it off. He also wanted to charge 45.00 service call and 175 .00 to open a lock. I'm sending a check for the 45.00. and nothing else. incompetent personal. will never recommend to anyone.
