  I give 1 star to the 2 guys I talked to over the phone to set up the appointment. But the Collison Repair Specialist people were horrible. The ETA was completely wrong and did not update. The guy that came was rude and so was the lady that answered for them when I called to see how much longer it would be. She actually hung up on me quite I was talking! Would never recommend this service if they are sending Collisoon Repair Specialists!
