Easy to use the key machine. I made two keys and they both work very well in the lock. Happy for the convenience in Menards.

Best key copy machine I've ever used. It was able to make copies of keys that I had never been able to make a usable copy of before.

Worst service error.  Same person answered the phone every time. She couldn’t remember previous calls she answered less than 30 seconds previous.  Totally dense! Totally unhelpful!

I called them about 11 am to advise I was locked out of my car with the motor running.  They said they would be there in less than an hour. They repeatedly said they were the fastest in the area. I told them if I could find someone faster I would call and cancel.  They said their fee was $150 and there would be a $25 charge if the technician had left before I cancelled. I found another company who was there in 15 minutes and only charged $50. I had called key me less than five minutes after my first call and canceled.  They charged me  $25 and then sent an email and said they would refund the $25. .I still have no refund and I  got an email 11 hours after my first call saying they were sorry but they couldn't find a locksmith in my area
