  The customer service representative on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was asked to provide my license and send via email, I explained I was concerned about sending my personal information just via email due to cyber security concerns and asked if they could accept an alternative form of more secure delivery of my personal information and THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I would suggest that KeyMe customer service representatives find a way to work with customers better moving forward.
